ORDERED that the order to show cause of this Court dated September 1, 2016, in the above-entitled appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 21, 2015, is amended by deleting from the first decretal paragraph thereof the date "January 21, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 21, 2015."
