Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to reinstate appeals from two orders of the Family Court, Rockland County, dated August 3, 2015, and September 10, 2015, respectively, which were dismissed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 20, 2016, for failure to timely perfect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, and for leave to renew and reargue the branch of the appellant's prior motion which was to enlarge the record to include certain material, which was determined by the decision and order on motion dated June 20, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
