| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant Ying L. on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated June 1, 2016, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2016, as conditioned a stay of enforcement of the order dated June 1, 2016, and continuation of supervised visitation between the respondent-appellant Ying L. and the subject child, upon the perfection of the appeal on or before August 26, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the third, fourth, and fifth decretal paragraphs of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2016, are amended by deleting therefrom the date "August 26, 2016,"and substituting therefor the date "October 11, 2016".
