| ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION |
Motion by the defendant to extend his time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated June 30, 2016. Separate motion by the defendant to hold his application for leave to appeal in abeyance pending determination of his motion by the County Court, Suffolk County, for leave to renew the motion that was determined by the order dated June 30, 2016.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to extend the defendant's time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to hold the defendant's application for leave to appeal in abeyance and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to extend the defendant's time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal is granted, the defendant's time to make an application pursuant to CPL 450.15 and 460.15 for a certificate granting leave to appeal to this Court from the order dated June 30, 2016, is enlarged, and the application submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion to hold the defendant's application for leave to appeal in abeyance is denied.
