Appeals having been taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on March 13, 2014, and respondent-appellant having moved for an order relieving his counsel of assignment and assigning new counsel,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Wayne Clarke, sworn to August 10, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the statement of William D. Broderick, Jr., Esq., dated August 15, 2016, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an order relieving appellant's counsel of his assignment is granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks the assignment of new counsel is denied.
