It is Further Ordered that the plaintiff-appellant's motion seeking to reinstate the appeal is granted on condition that appellant supplements the record with the post-trial memoranda from both parties. The Supplemental Record is to be served and filed on or before October 11, 2016. Respondent's Brief and, under separate cover, respondent's trial exhibits are to be served and filed on or before November 2, 2016.
