ORDERED that the order on application of this Court dated September 6, 2016, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated January 6, 2016, and a judgment of the same court dated February 9, 2016, is amended by deleting from the decretal paragraph thereof the date "October 1, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "October 3, 2016."
