| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue her prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of two judgments of the County Court, Suffolk County, both rendered December 1, 2010, and to release the appellant on her own recongnizance, or in the alternative, to fix reasonable bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated November 25, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
