On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 9, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 22, 2013, April 1, 2015, and April 7, 2016, respectively, is amended by (1) adding to the third decretal paragraph thereof after the words "serve and file a brief" the words "in connection with the appeals from the orders dated October 22, 2013, and April 1, 2015," and (2) by deleting from the third decretal paragraph thereof the date "July 27, 2016," and substituting therefor the date "November 14, 2016."
