Application by appellant Tulino Realty, Inc., and Nicoletta Tulino, as executor of the estate of Michele Tulino, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated September 18, 2012, to substitute Nicoletta Tulino, as executor of the estate of Michele Tulino, for the deceased appellant Michele Tulino, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers submitted in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Nicoletta Tulino, as executor of the estate of Michele Tulino, is substituted for the deceased appellant Michele Tulino, and the caption is amended accordingly.
