Appeal by Heart Share Human Services of New York, Roman Catholic Diocese of Brooklyn from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated June 30, 2016. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Patricia A. Carrington, Esq., dated August 23, 2016, it is
