Motion by the respondent-appellant to consolidate appeals from three orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, all dated March 7, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the parties shall file 11 copies of their respective briefs; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent-appellant's time to perfect the appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing a brief on the appeals is enlarged until October 13, 2016.
