DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by Yvette James and Sacoyia James to enlarge the time to perfect their appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 2, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-11971, to consolidate that appeal with an appeal by Kevin Ade and Cathy Ade from an order of the same court also dated October 2, 2015, under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-12194, and, in effect, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal under Appellate Division Docket Number 2015-12194.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before October 31, 2016, Yvette James and Sacoyia James shall serve and file the joint record or appendix (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][1]) and a brief; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before November 30, 2016, Kevin Ade and Cathy Ade shall serve and file their answering brief, including their points of argument in connection with the order under Appellate Division Docket No. 2015-12194 (see 22 NYCRR 670.8[c][3]); and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before December 30, 2016, City of New York and Board of Education of City of New York shall serve and file their brief, if any; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before January 17, 2017, Yvette James and Sacoyia James shall serve and file their reply brief, if any; and it is further,

ORDERED that on or before February 1, 2017, Kevin Ade and Cathy Ade shall serve and file their reply brief, if any.
