Motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 24, 2015, and for leave to serve and file a supplemental record containing certain documents.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged, and on or before October 13, 2016, the respondent shall serve and file its brief as well as a supplemental record containing copies of Exhibits E, F, and G which were annexed to the affirmation of Richard P. O'Brien dated December 1, 2014, the reply affirmation of John T. Piccinnini dated January 22, 2015, and Exhibits 3, 5, 6, 9, and 10 which were annexed to the affirmation of Marcelo E. Martinez dated November 20, 2014.
