DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by the plaintiff, Hsing Lee, purportedly from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 13, 2016. By order to show cause dated July 6, 2016, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal in the above-entitled action on the ground that the notice of appeal is not in compliance with CPLR 5515.

Now, upon the order to show cause and papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see CPLR 5515)
