In the Matter of Frances Renee Burkowske,

appellant, v Adam Serino, respondent.

(Docket No. F-792-12/15F)

DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Frances Renee Burkowske from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated August 26, 2015. By scheduling order dated August 17, 2016, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until August 31, 2016. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the rules (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2],[4]) and prior order of the Court.

RIVERA, J.P., CHAMBERS, ROMAN and HINDS-RADIX, JJ., concur.
