In the Matter of John Galizia, respondent,

v Gina Casabona, appellant.

(Docket No. V-5820-11)

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Appeals by Gina Casabona from two orders of the Family Court, Richmond County, both dated October 2, 2015. By scheduling order dated July 15, 2016, the appellant was directed to perfect the appeals or submit an affidavit or an affirmation withdrawing the appeals within 30 days of the date of the scheduling order. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeals.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appellant is directed to show cause why the appeals should or should not be dismissed for failure to comply with the scheduling order dated July 15, 2016, issued pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), in the above-entitled proceeding, by filing an affirmation or affidavit on that issue in the office of the Clerk of this Court and serving one copy of the same on the parties on or before October 6, 2016; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, is directed to serve a copy of this order to show cause upon the parties by regular mail.

ENG, P.J., MASTRO, RIVERA, DILLON and BALKIN, JJ., concur.
