DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered August 20, 2014. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with a copy of the Supreme Court docket sheet for the above-entitled matter.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be provided with a copy of the Supreme Court docket sheet and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court, or her designee, shall deliver the Supreme Court docket sheet to the person in charge of the institution wherein the appellant is incarcerated for examination by the appellant; and it is further,

ORDERED that the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before December 12, 2016; the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney.
