Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Isiah Williams sworn to July 21, 2016, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 6, 2016 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date August 4, 2016 and inserting in place thereof the date January 11, 2017, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
