It is hereby ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks reassignment of counsel denied, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect said appeal is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered January 28, 2016 is hereby amended by striking therefrom the date September 26, 2016 and inserting in place thereof the date December 27, 2016.
