| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent-appellant Santiago S. pro se on appeals from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated June 22, 2016, to stay enforcement of an order of the same court dated April 1, 2016, pending hearing and determination of the appeal, to direct the return of the subject child to his care and custody, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motion which are to stay enforcement of the order dated April 1, 2016, and to direct the return of the subject child to the care and custody of the respondent-appellant Santiago S. are denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for poor person relief is denied as unnecessary in light of an order on certification of this Court dated September 9, 2016.
