ORDERED that the motions in case Nos. 522321, 523425 and 523426 for permission to proceed as a poor person are granted, without costs, only to the extent that the filing fees required by CPLR 8022 for making the motions for advance postage, for extension of time to perfect said appeals and to consolidate are waived, and the motion is, in all other respects, denied, and it is further
