ORDERED that the motion is granted, without costs, and (1) lines 19-20 on page 8 of this Court's memorandum and order decided and entered July 21, 2016 are amended as follows: "Nos. 60 and 183) or the documents explaining or referencing the agreement (Privilege Log F-02170: tab Nos. 55, 59, 116 and 180). ***" and (2) the decretal paragraph thereof is amended as follows: "ORDERED that the judgment is modified, on the law, without costs, by reversing so much thereof as (1) ordered disclosure of Privilege Log F-02170: tab Nos. 16, 55, 56, 59, 60, 116, 180, 183 and 332, and (2) failed to redact a portion of Privilege Log F-02261: tab No. 89 as set forth herein, and, as so modified, affirmed."
