ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 14, 2016, in the above-entitled matter, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 11, 2016, is amended by deleting from the first paragraph thereof the date "February 23, 2015," and substituting therefor the date "August 11, 2016."
