It is Ordered that the respondent-appellant's motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal before this Court is granted on condition that respondent perfects her appeal by no later than the December 2016 term - the filing deadline for which is October 11, 2016, and on further condition the respondent-appellant become and remain current in her use and occupancy within 10 days of the date of entry of this order, and remain current throughout the pendency of this appeal. In the event of respondent-appellant's failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-respondent may move, on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay.
