2016-04891 The People, etc., respondent, v Russell Wilson, appellant. (Ind. No. 14-0548)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Russell Wilson from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated February 26, 2016. By order to show cause dated July 18, 2016, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeal on the ground that the order dated February 26, 2016, was not appealable as of right and leave to appeal had not been granted.
Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 450.10, 450.15).
RIVERA, J.P., LEVENTHAL, MALTESE and BARROS, JJ., concur.
