Petitioner-appellant having moved for permission to proceed as a poor person and for assignment of counsel on the appeals taken herein from orders of the Family Court, Erie County, entered in the Office of the Clerk of said Court on April 6, 2016,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Jerry Gworek, sworn to May 23, 2016, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the appeal taken from the "Order on Motion # 1" (Appellate Division Docket No. CAF 16-01102) is dismissed (see CPLR § 5511; Family Court Act § 1112 [a]), and the motion insofar as it relates to that appeal is dismissed, and

It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise granted, and

It is further ORDERED that Deborah Scinta, Esq., 3394 Orchard Park Road, Orchard Park, New York 14127, is hereby assigned as counsel to conduct the remaining appeals, and

It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Erie County, is hereby directed to provide Deborah Scinta, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeals are based.
