Motion by East Ramapo Central School District on appeals from six orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered October 22, 2013, February 5, 2014, March 28, 2014, June 18, 2014, September 2, 2014, and June 15, 2015, respectively, and an appeal and cross appeal from a judgment of the same court entered March 24, 2016, in effect, for leave to raise additional arguments concerning a recent decision of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit dated September 12, 2016, in an action entitled Montesa v Schwartz, under Docket Nos. 14-3721-CV, 14-3771-CV, and 14-3811-CV.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
