Motion by the plaintiffs-respondents for leave to serve and file a supplemental appendix on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 5, 2015, containing the redacted expert report annexed to the instant motion papers as Exhibit 3.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before October 7, 2016, the plaintiffs-respondents shall serve and file the supplemental appendix containing the redacted expert report annexed to the instant motion papers as Exhibit 3.
