| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to transfer an appeal from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County, dated December 22, 2015, from this Court to the Appellate Term. Application by the appellant pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal.
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts; and it is further,
ORDERED that the application is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, for determination by that court; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
