| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the attorney for the children to withdraw as counsel on appeals from a money judgment of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated March 20, 2015, three orders of the same court, one dated June 23, 2015, and two dated August 24, 2015, and a judgment of the same court dated August 25, 2015, and to withdraw the brief filed on behalf of the children.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, Marsha E. Koretzky, PO Box 943, 210 Main Street, Goshen, New York 10924, 845-294-1611, is relieved as attorney for the children, the brief filed by Marsha E. Koretzky on behalf of the children is deemed withdrawn, and Marsha E. Koretzky is directed to turn over copies of all papers in this matter to the new attorneys for the children, herein assigned; and it is further,
