| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to strike stated portions of the respondent's brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated June 10, 2015, on the ground that they improperly raise issues concerning a related appeal under Appellate Division Docket No. 2014-09486, for leave to file an oversized reply brief, and to enlarge the time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is granted, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until October 24, 2016, and the appellant's reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
