ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 14, 2016, in the above-entitled matters, on appeals from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 9, 2015, an order of the same court dated April 5, 2016, an amended order of the same court dated April 21, 2016, an order and judgment (one paper) of the same court entered December 4, 2015, and an order of the same court dated April 18, 2016, is amended by deleting from the caption thereof the surname "Voutinas" and substituting therefor the surname "Voutsinas."
