DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellants to consolidate appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 1, 2015, and March 23, 2016, respectively. Cross motion by the respondent to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief in connection with the appeal from the order dated March 23, 2016.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the cross motion, and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied; and it is further,

ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appeals will be heard together and will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the cross motion is granted, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until October 26, 2016, and the reply brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
