Motion by Michael Golia for a preference in the calendaring of appeals from an order of the Court of Claims dated September 30, 2015, and two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered August 20, 2015, and February 1, 2016, respectively, to calendar the appeals together, and for leave to annex a copy of the order entered February 1, 2016, to the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the order entered August 20, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals shall be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
