| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated January 29, 2015, to vacate a stay which was granted by decision and order of this Court dated March 26, 2015, or in the alternative to condition continuation of the stay upon the posting of a bond in the sum of $1,721,720 and further posting of a bond in the sum of $116,220 each month the stay is in effect.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
