Application by the respondents Walter Nelson and Margaret Nelson pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Westchester County, dated October 19, 2015. Separate application by the respondent Robert Talt for the same relief.
