Motion by the respondent-respondent, inter alia, to vacate a stay of enforcement of an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated May 27, 2016, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 8, 2016, to vacate a stay of enforcement of an order of the same court dated May 27, 2016, which was granted by decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 17, 2016, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and to calendar the appeals together.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals is denied as unnecessary (see Family Ct Act § 1112); and it is further,

ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
