| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 2, 2016, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom, and to calendar that appeal together with appeals from two orders of the same court dated August 13, 2015, and February 5, 2016, respectively.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to stay enforcement of the order dated August 2, 2016, is granted, and enforcement of the order dated August 2, 2016, is stayed pending hearing and determination of that appeal; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
