| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to enlarge the time to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County, rendered November 26, 2013, and to be furnished with copies of additional transcripts and other material.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to serve and file the pro se supplemental brief is granted, the appellant's supplemental brief shall be served and filed on or before November 28, 2016, and the appellant shall file nine copies of the supplemental brief and serve one copy on the District Attorney; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to be furnished with copies of additional transcripts and other material is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers setting forth the dates of the proceedings for which transcripts are sought, and the other material that is requested.
