It is Ordered that the respondents-appellants' motion seeking a stay of the enforcement of the final judgment and execution of the warrant of eviction is granted on condition that respondents-appellants: 1) perfects the appeal by no later than the January 2017 term - the filing deadline for which is November 9, 2016; (2) pays all arrears due and owing to petitioner-landlord through the date of the motion, totaling $8,047.06, or posting a bond for said amount, without prejudice; (3) pays ongoing use and occupancy in the amount of $471.82 on or before each subsequent rental due date, without prejudice. In the event of respondents-appellants failure to comply with the foregoing conditions, petitioner-landlord may move on five days' notice, for an order vacating the stay.
