Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered February 4, 2016. The order denied appellant's motion to vacate a default final judgment.
On the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, as by so-ordered stipulation by settlement dated April 14, 2016, a motion by appellant for leave to reargue was granted and the default final judgment was vacated.
