| SCHEDULING ORDER |
Appeals by Claudia H. from five orders of the Family Court, Queens County, all dated September 17, 2015, and separate appeals by Michael B. from three of the orders. Pursuant to § 670.4(a)(2) of the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a][2]), it is
ORDERED that the appellant Claudia H.'s time to perfect her appeals by causing the original papers constituting the record on the appeals to be filed in the office of the Clerk of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 670.9[d][2]) and by serving and filing her brief on the appeals is enlarged until October 24, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further enlargement of time shall be granted.
