Motion by the appellant to enlarge the record on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered February 9, 2011, to include two orders of the same court dated March 25, 2009, and May 27, 2009, respectively, and the transcript of proceedings which occurred on November 21, 2007.
