(Ind. No. 7278/07)
| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Appeal by Yonnessys Lopez from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered January 8, 2008. By order to show cause dated July 28, 2016, the appellant was directed to show cause before this Court why the appeal should not be dismissed on the ground that the notice of appeal from the judgment was untimely.
Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeal is granted, and the appeal is dismissed (see CPL 460.30).
CHAMBERS, J.P., DICKERSON, MILLER and CONNOLLY, JJ., concur.
