Application by Nancy Ahmed, as administrator of the estate of Naeem Ahmed, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, entered September 17, 2012, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Naeem Ahmed, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Nancy Ahmed, as administrator of the estate of Naeem Ahmed, is substituted for the deceased respondent Naeem Ahmed, and the caption is amended accordingly.
