Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted to the extent that the time of the respondents Stamford Wrecking Company and Travelers Casualty & Surety Co. of America to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 14, 2016, the brief of those respondents must be served and filed on or before that date, and the application is otherwise denied.
