Application by the respondents Supervisor of Town of Hempstead, Town of Hempstead, Town of Hempstead Refuse/Disposal District, Town of Hempstead Refuse/Garbage District, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District 1, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District 2, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District 6, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District 7, Town of Hempstead Sanitary District 14, Town Board of the Town of Hempstead, as Commissioners of: Town of Hempstead Refuse/Disposal District, Town of Hempstead Refuse/Garbage District, and the Town of Hempstead Sanitary Districts 1, 2, 6, 7 and 14, Controller of the Town of Hempstead, Board of Commissioners and Commissioners of: Town of Hempstead Refuse/Disposal District, Town of Hempstead Refuse/Garbage District, Merrick-North Merrick Refuse/Garbage District, and Lido Beach Point Lookout Refuse/Garbage District pursuant to 22 NYCRR 670.8(d)(2) to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief on appeals from five judgments of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, all dated June 23, 2015 (one in each action), and to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is granted, the applicants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 25, 2016, and the applicants' brief must be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the application which is to enlarge the appellants' time to serve and file a reply brief is denied as premature.
