Appeal by Robert Batal from an order of the Family Court, Suffolk County, dated March 2, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2016, the appellant was directed to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 4, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
