Appeal by Viviana San Martin from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated March 4, 2016. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016, the appellant was directed, inter alia, to file an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 29, 2016 (see 22 NYCRR 670.4[a]).
